RETURNS

In our e-boutique, you have the right to return the purchased product within 28 days from the moment you have received it, on the condition that you report the return within the first 14 days. Reporting it can be done via e-mail or traditional post, by sending a filled out RETURN FORM. However, the easiest way is to fill out the form you can find in PRODUCT RETURNS in MY ACCOUNT.

HOW TO DO THAT?

  • Find MY ACCOUNT in the lower menu.
  • Click ADD A PRODUCT RETURN.
  • Choose the most convenient method of sending back the product and receiving back your funds (if you plan further shopping, you can choose to keep the money on your account).
  • After you have filled out all the points in the form, our system will generate a document. By validating it, you report the return.
  • Now print out the form generated by the system.
  • Contact us, so that we can generate a label for the courier. We will cover the costs of delivery. Then, contact your local DHL office and mail the package with the label you receive from us.
  • As soon as we receive the returned jewelry, we will inform you about it by phone or e-mail. You can check your return status under the RETURNS bookmark at any time.
  • We will immediately transfer your money back to the bank account indicated by you, in the way chosen by you while filling out the form (wire transfer or cash-back).
  • This will be done within 14 days at the latest, counting from the day we receive your return form.*

CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF AN UNPROCESSED ORDER

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order or change it, you can do that by clicking MY ORDERS. You can modify your order as you wish, until it acquires the “Packed” status.

EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange the purchased products, you can use the convenient “Money return to the client’s account” option. Go through the whole process, just like in the case of making a RETURN, and when you arrive at the refund options choose “Money return to the client’s account”. In this way, the returned amount of money will be saved on your account until your next order, and will automatically be deducted from your next purchase. This way, you exchange the returned product without unnecessary wire transfers or additional fees.
